Below are the steps we will take for residential remodels, as well as what to expect as we embark on your design project together. 

 

It Starts With a Phone Call 

 

We hop on a call together to discuss what exactly you are looking for and the initial breadth of work to be done. 

 

The First Meeting 

 

We have an in person consultation to walk the space, discuss inspirations, and brainstorm on ideas. We charge $200 for this service and this fee will go towards your total flat rate cost once we are in contract. If you have a smaller project or just need a professional eye for additional assistance, please see our À La Carte Design Services Section.

A Personalized Proposal 

 

We put together a proposal for you, based off our phone call and home consultation. This proposal breaks down all fees and details on what we will be able to help you with on this remodel. This will be a flat rate, designed to help you from start to finish without worry, we’re here for you all the way!

 

                                                 Bringing Your Vision to Life

 

Once the proposal has been signed we move forward to working with your contractor and architect (if necessary). If you don't have your own, we can help you select one from our preferred vendors list. If you already have a contractor or architect, we will meet with them to discuss our game plan.

 

Once we have covered all the bases, the fun really starts! We go shopping and bring home samples, we test palettes, share mood boards, and work on the conceptual design of your space.

We walk by your side through the entire process, by helping schedule deliveries and pick ups, ordering materials, and much more along the way.
